Why Presseguer?
Presseguer's concept was born from discussions with several friends in casual gatherings. We wanted to create something different, special, to escape from the ordinary and boring restaurant concept, and create a place where gastronomy and fun go together.
We love to define it with a metaphor:
We switch on the stove in chef mode, we were looking for innovative results and pick some fresh restaurant concepts for our project, with its own essence. We mix a few drops of baggage and tradition, a pinch of gastronomy, modernity, and sophistication. We combined it all with a little dose of fun, and...
Voilà! From this exquisite and delicate combination of ingredients, our recipe emerged: #PresseguerMoments.
Why this
name?
From the beginning, we tried to give our project a name that would evoke our land, Lleida. We wanted to escape from the ordinary and find a genuine naming, rare but directly rooted in our origins.
And Presseguer arrived. Our land, our passion.

In Catalan, Presseguer means peach tree, a typical fruit tree of our area (el Segrià in Lleida - Catalonia) with which we feel identified with its flowering.
The peach blossom fascinates us by its incredible beauty for its admired and evident showiness. This is why it was a source of inspiration for the interior decoration of our restaurants and a starting point to develop our entire menu.
The Presseguer’s Kitchen. What do we cook with?
As lovers of our land and gastronomy, we wanted to reflect our cuisine in each dish of the menu. We use local ingredients due to their quality and great value.
We always seek culinary innovation and work to improve our menu.
Do we love different dishes? Yes.
Do we create dishes with authentic flavors? Too!
All the culinary proposals you will enjoy in Presseguer aim to surprise the most enthusiastic palates and captivate the most traditional ones.
The heart of our kitchen.
We want to introduce you a fundamental piece of this project, the heart of Presseguer’s Kitchen, Pili Asensio. She is a great professional. A dedicated woman who loves her job. The years of experience that she has acquired, allowed her to continue conveying emotions in a unique way: with interesting gastronomic projects, an unlimited love for cooking, for high quality products, and for the job well done.
Without her, our menu would have no soul. In each dish, you will find flavors and textures that can only be achieved with the most important ingredient: passion.
